Art Direction

I was brought on to the Halo team to oversee the art direction of their second largest client: T-Mobile. With over $20 million in yearly revenue generated by their extensive range of products and services, they required a dedicated creative professional who could elevate the different teams within T-Mobile. This included T-Mobile Gear, T-Mobile for Business, T-Mobile Marketing, and a variety of other national and regional teams, all of which relied on cohesive campaigns, engaging photoshoots, and pronounced visual identities. Under my leadership and art direction, our talented team of designers created stunning and trendy products that have led to consistent revenue growth and increased engagement throughout all divisions of T-Mobile.

Their largest division within the company is T-Mobile Gear, also known as BeMagenta. Employees frequently visit this platform to purchase a wide range of creative, on-brand apparel, event swag, and various retail-ready items that align with the company's image. As part of my role, I lead the art direction across multiple areas, including apparel design, social media marketing, photoshoots, website content, and a variety of other creative facets related to our brand. Each year, I direct two comprehensive seasonal trend presentations aimed at showcasing the direction of emerging trends and how they can be effectively applied to enhance our brand identity. This process is carried out through extensive research focused on trend forecasting, color theory, and understanding the nuances of how we can creatively adapt our brand guidelines without compromising their integrity. These exercises prove to be highly successful, as they allow both employees and stakeholders to visualize how these trends can manifest as distinctive T-Mobile products in the marketplace.
